Whistleblowing

The Autosped G. Group promotes the culture of legality according to a logic of zero tolerance towards behaviors that do not comply with the ethical principles adopted by the Company and compliance with the rules and regulations in force. In this context, the Company has implemented a system for managing reports concerning conduct, acts or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Autosped G Group.

Reports can be made using the alternative methods described below:

  • reporting made in written or oral form via a digital platform (reporting channel considered preferential)
  • report made by ordinary or registered mail, confidential and personal, addressed to the Group Manager in relation to Legislative Decree 231/2001 or to the Chairman of the Supervisory Body if the Company has a SB, failing which, it must be addressed to the Chairman of the Supervisory Body of Autosped G. S.p.A. as parent company if the Group Manager in relation to Legislative Decree 231/2001 is the subject of the report or the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Autosped G. S.p.a. if the report concerns the Chairman of the Supervisory Body. (the “Recipient”) at the following address:

  • notification made orally, through a meeting with the Recipient.

 

The reporting management process guarantees, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, the maximum protection and confidentiality of the reporting persons, of the persons reported and of the subject of the reports, not tolerating retaliatory consequences in against the whistleblower.
